Brain Scan Polygraphs

Hmmm.... an article on lie detection. Turns out specific areas of the human brain -- having to do with calculation -- go figure -- are used when we lie. Conversely, these areas show no activity when we tell the truth.

I saw no mention today of this interesting development in the Big Guys -- AP, Reuters, NY Times, Wash Post, CNN and so forth....

You would think that with potential application to all those Taliban/terrorist types sitting in cages down in GITMO, this would have received a little national attention.

You go SA Express! Of course, the study taking place here at the Health Science Center may be a factor.
